My favorite language learning website is duolingo.
Duolingo allows you to practice vocabulary and move up levels. You can set goals for the day and it will send you a reminder if you haven't logged-in within a certain amount of time. The app is very useful, but it is also available online.
As you can see, I haven't logged-in in some time, but it saves your progress and lets you continue at any time.
I like the idea of levels. Pleco has levels, too, with an aim toward taking the HSK (Chinese proficiency test) that can help foreigners get jobs in China. Pleco isn't easily connected with LinkedIn, though, which would be a bonus.
